Join us for a concert by Chilean folk singer, Patricio Zamorano, featuring key note speaker Dr. Arturo Valenzuela, Professor of Government at Georgetown University and former Under Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs for the Department of State, in commemorating the 40th anniversary of the coup d’état in Santiago, Chile in 1973.
