Register for Teletandem!

Interested in practicing your Portuguese or Spanish speaking skills? Teletandem is perfect for you!

Teletandem provides language students in our department the opportunity to practice Portuguese and Spanish through live online interactions with students from Luso-Hispanic countries. By switching roles and languages, students can collaborate in real time from anywhere in the world. This semester, students from our department will have the opportunity to speak Portuguese and/or Spanish with speakers from different countries. Best of all, there is no grading, no cost, and you can do it from your computer! The commitment is 8 one-hour sessions over the semester. This is a non-credit activity. Students can receive a Teletandem partnership certificate from the department upon completion.
