This fourth encounter of the Conference Breaking Boundaries In Portuguese, organized by Glória Alhinho, the Camões I.P. lecturer at Georgetown University, has the participation of Army Major General Nuno Lemos Pires, who will give a talk about the multiple challenges to security in Africa (terrorism, external interference, disinformation, among others). Our guest will focus on the case of Mozambique, and on how a Defense Force training mission is important to guarantee security. The two subjects appear interconnected.
